About Us

One trade, practiced properly

Radon was never added to a menu of other services here. It is the only thing we sell, which is why the measuring gets done before the selling.

Why we exist

Elevated indoor radon is common enough across Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky that most people who own a home here will face a decision about it eventually. It usually arrives at the worst moment, attached to a deadline, with nobody around to explain what the number on the report actually means.

So the company got built around the step that decides everything and gets skipped most often: finding out how air moves beneath a floor before choosing where to put a hole in it. That measurement is slower than guessing. It is also the whole difference between a system that quietly underperforms for a decade and one that works.

Nobody here subcontracts an installation to whoever had a free morning. The person who prices your house is the person answerable for what the confirming test says afterward, which tends to concentrate the mind at the quoting stage.

Measurement follows current EPA guidance, systems are built to the ANSI/AARST standard, and the scope, the price, and the warranty are all on paper before anyone picks up a drill.

What You Can Hold Us To

The same eight things on every job

Radon Is All We Do

Not a service bolted onto a waterproofing or HVAC business. It is the entire trade we practice, every working day.

Measured, Not Guessed

Suction points are chosen from pressure readings taken inside your house, because placement is what decides the result.

One Number, In Writing

The figure quoted after the site visit is the figure you pay. Nothing gets added on the morning of the work.

We Talk People Out Of Systems

Plenty of houses turn out not to need one. When yours is among them we say so and suggest a date to retest.

Built To The Standard

Measurement follows current EPA guidance and installations are built to the ANSI/AARST consensus standard.

You Keep The Evidence

Results and system details arrive documented, ready for a future buyer, an appraiser, or your own peace of mind.

Tidy Where It Shows

Straight runs, thought given to how the outside of the house reads, and finished rooms left the way we found them.

Somebody Answers

Arrival windows that hold, photographs of the completed work, and a person on the end of the phone afterward.
